RIDDHI DYECHEM IMPEX was founded in 1992 by Mr. Niru Dhinoja, a visionary entrepreneur with deep roots in the dyes and pigments industry. Back in the early 20th century 1917 his grandfather Shivchand A. Dhinoja laid the foundation of this legacy with a partnership with the prestigious L.B. Holiday & Company Ltd. of Huddersfield, U.K. This alliance established their family as pioneers in the colorant industry.

Driven by a passion for excellence and innovation, Mr. Dhinoja combined his dual academic expertise in science and commerce with hands-on technical proficiency, enabling him to build a company that not only focused on manufacturing excellence but also on global customer satisfaction.

Under his guidance, Riddhi Dyechem Impex emerged as a quality-centric brand, known for supplying Pigments and Dyes to various industries such as Inks, Pastic, Paint & Coating, Textile. His business philosophy also with Gomati Chemicals has always centered on delivering value to customers while maintaining sustainable practices and environmental responsibility.

He believes in nurturing relationships and has established long-standing collaborations with global partners across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. His leadership has enabled the company to navigate through decades of industry transformation while retaining the core values of trust, quality, and innovation.

Beyond his business success, Mr. Dhinoja is also a mentor and guide to many young professionals in the industry. Kushal Dhinoja, a highly qualified professional with a passion for driving innovation, joined the family business in 2021. Armed with advanced technical expertise and an international perspective, Kushal gained invaluable experience in the Chemical industry. After completing his Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering from Mumbai University in 2017 and a Master's from Rutgers University in 2019, he worked as a Process Engineer in U.S.-based pharmaceutical companies until 2022.

He brings with him a modern approach, data-driven decision-making, and a strong commitment to sustainability and technological adoption. Kushal’s leadership marks a bold new era of growth and global integration for Riddhi Dyechem Impex.

His goal is to blend the rich legacy passed on by his predecessors with new-age innovation, exploring opportunities in green chemistry, digital transformation, and advanced manufacturing processes. Kushal also focuses on building a global supply chain and expanding into niche markets where performance and customization matter.
